He provides overall strategic leadership, drives business growth, and oversees product vision and partnerships across the group.

Under his leadership, the group developed e-Med, an automated medical underwriting, benefit management and insurance administration platform, alongside Changa Fuel, the Chama and Cheque Scanning systems, and the Ticket Club and Event Club ticketing platforms. John is passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world challenges, improve efficiency, and expand access to affordable services across Africa.
